Will the Judge, Probation, or the DMV accept my certificate?
Each State and County has different requirements. It is your responsibility to determine if your Judge, Probation Officer, or the DMV will accept a distance learning program. Upon requesting approval, if you are told no, we offer a 100% money back guarantee.

- If being sent via fax, a correct fax number and a department or name to submit to.
- If being sent via email, a correct email (not yours) and a department or name to submit to.
- If being sent via regular mail, a correct address (not yours) and the name of the persons and/or department it is being sent to.
My class has expired, how do I get an extension?
If an extension is not showing available to purchase in your class portal simply email support@rightdirectionservices.com and request a link.
I have special forms that I need filled out, what do I do with these?
If you have forms that need to be filled out or signed by one of our Instructors, or if you have a referral letter stating what is needed from your Instructor, please email the form to support@rightdirectionservices.com or fax a copy of these forms to (815) 839-7278.
Do you do drug screenings?
Unfortunately you would need to do that locally.
Do you allow Judges, Probation, Employers, or DMV Representatives to review the class?
Yes, if you are one of the persons listed in the question, please contact us and we will provide you access to view the class content.
Can you refer me to a Treatment Center?
Yes, we can refer you to a treatment provider that meets your needs.
Do the Zoom Classes have a live Instructor?
Yes the Zoom Classes have a live instructor and are conducted with scheduled classes.
How do I apply for a refund?
To apply for a refund please do the following:
- Review the Terms and Conditions to make sure you meet the qualifications. This includes the states acceptance page.
- If you meet the qualifications, please submit proof of rejection which must be in the form of a letter on letterhead from the authority that you stated you enrolled into the class for.
Is there a time limit for my class?
Each class has its own timeframe to be completed as follows:
- 8, 10, 12 Hour, & VIP Classes – 30 Days to Complete
- Wet Reckless, 14, 15, 16, 18 Hour Classes – 40 Days to Complete
- 20, 21, 22 Hour Classes – 50 Days to Complete
- 24 Hour Class – 60 Days to Complete
- 32, 40, 48 Hour Classes – 90 Days to Complete
- 32 Hour – 3 Month Class (90 Days)
- 45 Hour, 52 Hour – 6 Month Class (180 Days)
- 60, 66 Hour – 9 Month Class (270 Days)
- 72, 78 Hour – 18 Month Class (540 Days)

By enrolling in our online classes at myduiclass.com, courtclasses.net, rightdirectionservices.com, or onlineclasssystem.com (“Website”), you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree, you must not use our Website.
Age of Consent
To register for our online classes, you must be at least 18 years old. If under 18, a parent or guardian must register on your behalf.
Client Contract & Agreement for Online Class Use
As a client/student with Right Direction Services (myduiclass.com), you agree to:
- Complete all reading assignments, quizzes, journals, and other lessons to receive credit.
- Be responsible for your own online learning.
- Ensure the class meets the requirements of the state of your offense and/or residence.
- Complete the program within the allowed timeframe. Completion means instructor review, acceptable work, and issuance of a certificate. Extensions are available within 90 days of expiration.
- Not misrepresent your identity or allow others to complete your class, under penalty of losing credits without refund or credit toward future classes.
- Abstain from alcohol and mood-altering chemicals during the course.
- Prepare a Relapse Prevention Plan for responsible alcohol management or complete abstinence.
- Maintain confidentiality in interactive areas (use only your first name).
- Show respect to instructors and staff; inappropriate or threatening language will result in termination.
- Understand that threats of violence will be reported to local law enforcement.
- Complete all assignments and journals to the instructor’s satisfaction and score at least 80% on quizzes (excluding pretest) and the posttest.
- Understand that a DUI Risk Education Certificate of Completion will be issued upon successful completion and approval by a Certified DUI Instructor.
- Provide correct contact information and a release form for certificate delivery, noting additional fees may apply for special forms or reports.
- Abide by all terms and conditions on the states page.
- Accept that additional services (e.g., mental health, AODA treatment, or evaluations) may be recommended locally if deemed necessary.
Limits of Online Classes
While many clients view our online classes positively, we cannot guarantee outcomes. Online education is relatively new, and its effectiveness is still being studied, making it potentially experimental. We reserve the right to determine your suitability for online classes. If unsuitable, we will suggest local face-to-face consultation. We are not responsible for crises or emergencies due to the long-distance nature of our services, and you may need a local counselor. We are not liable for service interruptions due to computer malfunctions or loss of electricity/Internet. Contact us if communication is delayed, noting phone lines may be affected by outages.
Deadlines
Inform us of any court, probation, or DMV deadlines to ensure certificate delivery. No refunds will be given for undisclosed deadlines. Class completion timeframes are:
- 8, 10, 12 Hour & VIP Classes: 30 days
- Wet Reckless, 14, 15, 16, 18 Hour Classes: 40 days
- 20, 21, 22 Hour Classes: 50 days
- 24 Hour Class: 60 days

Completion means reviewed, passed, and certificate issued. Extensions and rush reviews are available.
Refund Guarantee
Refunds are not granted if:
- The class/evaluation was completed by someone else.
- The class/evaluation was not completed.
- The certificate/evaluation was issued over 30 days prior to the refund request.
- The certificate/evaluation was accepted by one authority but rejected by another (e.g., court vs. DMV).
- Rejection is due to inaccurate client information.
- The state does not accept online classes/evaluations without preapproval and you did not get written preapproval.
- Proof of rejection is not provided in a verifiable letter on Authorities letterhead within 30 days of completion.
- Proof of rejection cannot be verified.
No refunds for expedited reviews or shipping. Some jurisdictions (e.g., Nevada) prohibit refunds after starting the class, taking the final exam, or failing validation/security questions. It is your responsibility to verify acceptance by the relevant authority.
Chargebacks, Bad Checks
If a chargeback is filed after starting a class, Right Direction Services LLC may release pertinent information to the payment processor, who may contact the DMV, court, attorney, or employer if fraud is suspected.
Record Keeping
Client records are maintained for 5 years from completion date.
Privacy Policy
All information provided is confidential per HIPAA regulations. A signed release form is required for third-party communication.
Possible Additional Fees
Additional fees may apply:
- Special state forms: $35–$85 (varies by complexity).
- Notarization: $25.
- Express Shipping: $35 (UPS/FedEx).

- Missed Appointments: $60 (if canceled within 24 hours).
