All information provided to Right Direction Services LLC and My DUI Class is considered confidential due to HIPAA regulations. If you would like us to communicate information to a 3rd party a signed release form will be required.

Cookies

If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for two weeks. If you log out of your account, the login cookies will be removed.

How long we retain your data

For users that register on our website (if any), we store the personal information they provide in their user profile for a mandatory period of 5 years. After a user has completed a course their information is archived until the 5 year period has passed and then all information relating to client is completely purged from our systems. Until this point only administrators can see and edit user information.
